=> Cererea de unban, trebuie să fie completată corect, exact cum vi se cere altfel cererea vi se va închide și se mută la coșul de gunoi. 
=> Banurile mai mici de 2 zile, nu se vor înlătura, excepție doar în cazul în care acesta a fost acordat greșit de către un administrator.
=> Banurile care au fost acordate pentru amenințări server și jucători, acestea nu se vor înlătura niciodată.  
=> Dacă ați fost banați pentru reclamă, dați-ne și nouă un motiv de ce doriți unban și de ce nu ați rămas pe server.
=> Nu născociți motive de unban, spuneți adevărat de ce ați primit ban pe server.
