reteta pentru friptura impletita

Ingrediente pentru reteta friptura impletita:
 

 1 kg de piept de pui(2 piepti)
1 bucata de muschi de porc de 700 gr
sare,piper,cimbru
1/2  lingurita de ierburi de Provence
1 lingurita de boia de arde dulce
170 ml pasta de rosii
4-5 catei de usturoi
2 foi de dafin
7-8 linguri de ulei de masline
500-600 ml apa
 

Mod de preparare:
 

Piepturile de pui le spalam si le tamponam cu hartie absorbanta. Le curatam de osisoare si cartilagiu si apoi le taiem  fasii. Muschiul de porc il taiem si pe el in fasii aproximativ egale cu cele de pui. Le impletim in trei, prindem capetele cu scobitori si le punem intr-o tava pentru cuptor.

Presaram sare, piper, cimbru, boia, ierburile aromate, usturoiul pisat, adaugam foile de dafin, pasta de rosii, uleiul de masline si acoperim cu apa.

Punem in jur de o  ora la cuptorul incalzit inainte la foc moderat pana scade tot lichidul si fripturicile se rumenesc usor.

Spor la treaba si pofta buna!
